Add product or service-specific Micro-Experiences to pages


If the need to create additional, product or service-focused Micro-Experiences, Pathmonk offers an option to add additional, text-based cards for specific content is available.


Pathmonk's core Micro-Experiences are the center of attention for websites.  With the eye-catching combination of text and images, the core Micro-Experiences are perfect for providing information about the company's services to website visitors.  


Micro-Experiences vs. Products & Services


Micro-experiences are a combination of banner images, videos, and multi-line text fields created for display throughout the website. All visitors have the potential to see the micro-experiences while they are visiting a website and they are created using key points to fit a wide range of website visitors. Core Micro-Experiences are always in rotation for every visitor.


Products & Services are a secondary set of text-based Micro-Experiences created to provide additional details for a specific product or service. These Micro-Experiences are shown to website visitors whom Pathmonk's AI has determined may have an interest in the service. Product & Services can be toggled on and off from the Pathmonk client CRM settings. 


Example: A visitor arrives at a clothing website and begins browsing. The visitor is shown a combination of Micro-Experiences during their first visit. They return to the site later to browse again and this time, their actions are aligned with a visitor who may be interested in winter coats by the Pathmonk AI. As the visitors continue to browse, the Products & Services cards created for winter coats are added to the card rotation in addition to the core Micro-Experiences. A different visitor, who may be more likely to purchase running shoes, will not see the winter coat cards.



Adding to the Products & Services is a two-step process, creating the product or service and adding the topic-specific Micro-Experiences. 


Creating the Product & Service

Create a Product or Service

  1. Login to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Accelerate dropdown
  3. Click Micro-Experiences
  4. Click Products & Services
  5. Click Add Product
    1. Select Product Type
    2. Enter Product Title
    3. Enter URL for Product
    4. Type a short description in the box
    5. Click Submit


Add Micro-Experiences to an existing Product or Service 

  1. Login to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Accelerate dropdown
  3. Click Customize
  4. Select Products & Services
  5. Choose the Product or Service from the list
  1. Add an Image
  2. Click Add Micro-Experience
  3. Select the Product from the dropdown
  4. Enter a headline
  5. Enter a fact
  6. Click Submit


To add additional Products or Services, repeat the steps under both Create the Product or Service and Complete the Micro-Experiences


To add additional Micro-Experience cards to a Product or Service, repeat the steps under Complete Product Micro-Experiences
