How to hide microexperiences for website editors

Modified on Mon, 19 Jan at 12:25 PM

If you are a website administrator or part of the team working on your website, you can temporarily hide Pathmonk microexperiences for yourself while browsing the site. This is useful when reviewing pages, editing content, or testing layouts without triggering live experiences.

How it works

  • The setting applies only to your current browser session

  • You’ll need to repeat the steps each time you start a new session

  • Once activated, Micro-Experiences will no longer appear for you during that visit

How to hide Pathmonk microexperiences

  1. Open your website in your browser

  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect

  3. Go to the Console tab

  4. Paste the following command and press Enter:

Pathmonk.logInUser()

After running this command, Pathmonk microexperiences will be hidden for the rest of your session.

Please note:

  • If you clear your browser data or open the site in an incognito window, you’ll need to run the command again

  • At this time, Pathmonk does not support blocking microexperiences by IP address for employees or frequent site visitors.
