When does a subscription start?

Modified on Mon, 17 Nov at 2:08 PM

Your Pathmonk subscription starts as soon as the payment is submitted. This means the first month of your subscription begins on the day the invoice is paid, not when onboarding is completed.

Once the subscription starts, you have full access to Pathmonk immediately. To make the most of your subscription period, we strongly recommend onboarding right away.

What happens after payment?

If you are completing onboarding yourself:

  1. You will receive your login credentials by email right after payment.

  2. You can access the platform immediately and start your installation.

  3. We recommend completing the setup as soon as possible so you don’t lose subscription time.

If you run into an issue, you can always email support@pathmonk.com. Please note that self-setup includes email-based assistance only. If you prefer a call and a full guided setup, our Sales team can prepare an expert-led setup offer for you.

If you purchased the expert-led setup:

  1. Book a call with our Support team.

  2. We will request the information and access we need.

  3. Once we have everything, our team prepares your full setup in 72 hours or less.

  4. You can then review and approve the final configuration.

Some customers wait days or even weeks before booking the onboarding call or reviewing their setup, without realising that their subscription is already active.

Remember: Your subscription starts on the payment date, so booking your onboarding call as soon as possible ensures you get the most value from your first month.

What if I paid for the expert-led setup and forgot to book the onboarding call?

If you purchased the expert-led setup but haven’t booked your onboarding call yet, don’t worry — you can still do it at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email, or by contacting support@pathmonk.com.

However, please keep in mind that your subscription starts on the payment date, even if the onboarding call hasn’t been booked yet. To make sure you get the most value from your first month, we recommend scheduling the call as soon as possible. Once we have your information and access, our team will complete your setup in 72 hours or less.

I paid for the expert-led setup, had the onboarding call, but forgot to review or publish the content. What happens now?

If your expert-led setup is already prepared but you haven’t reviewed or published the content yet, you can return to it at any time. Simply log in to your Pathmonk account and review the setup, or contact support@pathmonk.com if you need the link again. Remember: we will never publish the account without your positive, explicit confirmation, so publishing is always the customer's final responsibility.

Your subscription, however, continues from the payment date, not from the moment you review or publish the content. This means any delay in reviewing or going live still counts toward your active subscription.

We recommend reviewing and approving your setup as soon as possible so everything can go live and start generating results.

Does the subscription renew at the beginning of the month or after a full month?

Your Pathmonk subscription renews after a natural month from your payment date. For example, if you paid on March 12, your next billing date will be April 12.

However, your monthly credits follow a different cycle: They renew at the beginning of each calendar month, regardless of your subscription billing date. This means you might receive a credit refresh earlier or later than your billing renewal, depending on when you started your subscription.
