Pause Pathmonk Account

You can set up a pause for your subscription from next month at any time. All you need to do is log in to your Pathmonk account and pause your subscription in the Settings. 

1. Login to your Pathmonk portal at crm.pathmonk.com
   
2. Click Settings
3. Click Billing
4. Click Manage
5. Click Pause
6. Follow the pausing flow and set a pausing time frame

A pause can last between one and six whole months and is only possible in the cycle of your subscription month. You can set up a pause for your next subscription month at least one day before the start of the next subscription month.

The options for pausing are:

• 1 month
• 3 months
• 6 months

Example: Your subscription started on January 17, so it renews on the 17th of each month. Today is March 15, so you can request the pause of March 17, which would end on April 17 at the earliest.
