Find account details within your Pathmonk CRM
Pathmonk's CRM not only allows you to manage all of your Pathmonk Accelerate and Intelligence resources but also contains all of the details for the back-end management of your account.
After logging in to Pathmonk, you will have access to your subscription details, billing information, support options, notifications, users on the account, and the opportunity to share your feedback.
To locate the specific content related to your account, click the appropriate section based on the details below.
- To manage whitelisted domains on your account, click Domains
- To update your account logo and business details, click Business Data
- To access your plan details, pageview limit, payment resources, and cancellation options click Billing
- To view, add, or remove users from the account, click User management
- To access the Pathmonk snippet, click Installation
For access to the support section, click Help
- To start a chat with our support team, click Chat Now
- To open a ticket, click Open A Ticket
- To share feedback or feature requests with the Pathmonk team, click Send Feedback (this can also be done from the "Feedback" button on your Pathmonk menu bar)
- To access the complete Help Center, click Browse Articles
- For legal details and policies, click the appropriate section under Legal
