Update, Change or Cancel Subscription

When it is time to update your subscription, making changes will be quick and easy from within your Pathmonk account settings

Update Subscription Plan

You can update your subscription plan very easily:

1. Login to your Pathmonk portal at crm.pathmonk.com
   
2. Click Settings
3. Click Billing
4. Click Manage
5. Choose the desired plan
6. Click Upgrade

Change Payment Method

You can change payment details following these steps:

1. Login to your Pathmonk portal at crm.pathmonk.com
   
2. Click Settings
3. Click Billing
4. Click Open Payment Portal
5. Click Add Payment Method
6. Enter payment details
7. Click Add

Cancel/Pause Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

1. Login to your Pathmonk portal at crm.pathmonk.com
2. Click Settings
3. Click Billing
4. Click the three vertical dots to the far right of the product you wish to cancel
5. Click Cancel
6. Click Continue Cancelling
7. Click Yes, lose the benefits, and cancel Pathmonk
8. Choose a reason for canceling from the list
9. Add your comments for the cancellation reason
10. Click Cancel Account
