When does a subscription start?

Get the most out of Pathmonk by going live as soon as the subscription starts

The subscription starts as soon as the payment is submitted. The Pathmonk platform is designed go live in a short amount of time, on average 1-3 days for most clients.  

The primary email account will receive an email with the login credentials. After a short setup process where the account details are provided, Pathmonk will be ready to go live. With immediate access available and the ability to add live micro-experiences to the site, the subscription start date is based off of the date the payment is received. 

Of course, there are times when payment may be submitted earlier than the project start time. If that is the case, the start date should be discussed with your account executive to ensure access is available and the Payments team has the most accurate billing details.
