Onboarding Process

This article describes how to initiate and prepare your account to start with Pathmonk. 

Onboarding Form

Congratulations on signing up with Pathmonk! In order to ensure we offer you the best service and adapt to your business model we will ask you to complete this onboarding form. You will receive a link after the contract is signed, and it will only take 15 - 20 minutes to complete. 

Preparation

Please prepare the following items in order to successfully complete and submit the onboarding form.: 

1. Link to an introduction video (from 20-60 seconds):  Initially, your video will appear muted. In order to ensure a quality user experience, we highly recommend that you insert subtitles. You can see all the requirements in this link.

2. Customer testimonial: Customer testimonials are invaluable! Please prepare your most impressive written customer reference. Include the following details: customer name, company, and headshot.

3. A set of your most frequently asked questions (between 5-10):  If you already have a set of questions from your website please submit these during your onboarding process. If not, we have collected some of the most commonly used FAQs from our clients.

Please feel free to adapt the following to your own business:

• What can COMPANY do for me?

• Who is COMPANY for?

• How hard is it to get started using COMPANY?

• Where should I turn to learn more?

• What will I learn in/get out of the demo?

• When is the right time to start using COMPANY with my business?

• What can I get done in my first 3 months with COMPANY?

• Can I pay quarterly or annually for a discount?

• Is there a guarantee?

• Is there a way to communicate with a person about my question?

4. Sales deck PDF: A sales deck is a slide presentation used to accompany a sales pitch and/or a demo; it enhances a pitch with visual aids that help you tell the story of your company. It is more than likely that your brilliant sales team already has something like this. This is something that Pathmonk can actively use to influence your visitors through micro-experiences. 

5. Marketing PDF (one-pager): This is your elevator pitch. This single pager highlights and overviews what your company does and what target markets you serve best. Your marketing team should already have something like this on hand.

Submission of the Onboarding Form 

Excellent! You've collected all the information you need and now it is time to complete the mandatory fields and submit the onboarding form for review.

If there is any information missing and/or incorrect, don't worry, we'll be sure to get in touch with you.

As soon as this process is complete we will have our first call; The Conversion Review Call. This call is an opportunity to review the information and ensure we're on the same page. From there we will proceed with our Concierge Setup Service.

Conclusion of the Setup Service

After finishing the setup with the information you have given us, Pathmonk can finally go live on your website. Exciting! This is where you will receive your login instructions. Someone from Pathmonk's team will review and revise the micro-experience with you to ensure all information is accurate and that you are, most importantly, satisfied.
