The buyer's journey is the process buyers go through to become aware of, consider, and decide to purchase your product or service. The journey consists of a three-step process.
Features of the Buying Journey Report
Date Range: Select from one of the pre-determined time frames or choose a custom time frame to review the Intelligence data
Filters: Choose to filter data by Goal Type, Traffic Type, Referral, UTM Source, UTM Medium or UTM Campaign
Comparison: Choose to view a side-by-side comparison for your data based on time and/or filters
A/B Testing: Easily view the results of your A/B testing for visitors who have been shown and visitors who have not been shown Pathmonk during their visit(s)
Favorites List: Save frequently used reports to your Pathmonk Intelligence Dashboard
Report Sending: Clicking + Add new save a report in Pathmomk or, click Is report to create a schedule for reports to be sent from Pathmonk automatically
Print: Easily print a full copy of the report data and graphs to a printer or save it as a PDF.
Key Metrics on Your Report
Visitors: The number of visitors who visited the site in within the selected time frame
Awareness Impact: The impact for visitors who reached the Awareness stage where Pathmonk was visible
Awareness Impact: The impact for visitors who reached the Consideration stage where Pathmonk was visible
Awareness Impact: The impact for visitors who reached the Decision stage where Pathmonk was visible
Conversion Rate: The percentage of total visitors who completed a tracked goal
Pathmonk Impact: The Uplift of conversions for visitors who were shown Pathmonk
