Further refine your micro-experience behavior by adjusting your Buying Journey Type
Pathmonk Buying Journey Type
Four different options are provided to allow for the micro-experience setup to get you conversions. The AI mode uses data gathered from engagement on your site to set the ideal micro-experience. Since this can vary based on several factors, there is no need to specify a defined number of micro-experiences to be shown, the AI will adjust it as needed automatically!
Buying Journey Type | Best Use Case |
General Purpose | The default setting for the Buying Journey, the General Purpose setting covers a variety of buying journey types. |
Product Led Growth | Put the product at the center of the experience. The content highlights features and performance |
Sales Led Growth | Share key insights by providing content focused on establishing the product's value |
E-commerce | Provide targeted content for top performing products, increasing awareness of features |
Set the Pathmonk AI Mode:
- Login to crm.pathmonk.com
- Click Accelerate Goals
- Choose a Buying Journey Type from the dropdown located at the top of the configuration page
- Click Save
