Further refine your micro-experience behavior by adjusting your Buying Journey Type 


Pathmonk Buying Journey Type

Four different options are provided to allow for the micro-experience setup to get you conversions.  The AI mode uses data gathered from engagement on your site to set the ideal micro-experience.  Since this can vary based on several factors, there is no need to specify a defined number of micro-experiences to be shown, the AI will adjust it as needed automatically!


Buying Journey TypeBest Use Case
General PurposeThe default setting for the Buying Journey, the General Purpose setting covers a variety of buying journey types. 
Product Led GrowthPut the product at the center of the experience. The content highlights features and performance
Sales Led GrowthShare key insights by providing content focused on establishing the product's value
E-commerceProvide targeted content for top performing products, increasing awareness of features


Set the Pathmonk AI Mode:

  1. Login to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click Accelerate Goals
  3. Choose a Buying Journey Type from the dropdown located at the top of the configuration page
  4. Click Save
