Pathmonk's AI uses visitor data to determine the stages
Pathmonk uses an AI algorithm to automatically move prospects through their Buying Journey stages
Pathmonk's AI refines what determines a visitor's buying journey stage and updates micro-experiences based on several factors.
The AI algorithm behind Pathmonk learns from each action on a website. As visitors spend more time on a site, clicking through pages, scrolling down, and even leaving and returning, Pathmonk uses those actions to determine the buyer journey stage. The algorithm moves visitors through the stages and updates the micro-experiences without human intervention.
The algorithm builds knowledge based on how long a visitor is on the site, how many times they visit the site, their number of interactions and engagement, and of course when they convert. All of this data is analyzed to not only determine the buyer journey stage but also to refine the micro-experience activity to find the ideal time and place to be displayed that will result in a conversion for future visitors.
There is no set baseline for any of the data because each website has unique needs. The baseline also changes over time, logging into Pathmonk Intelligence during the first month and the sixth month will very likely display different times for each of the three stages. Because the information to create the stages is dynamic, to maintain the best results, there is no option to set a pre-determined timeline for moving into each stage or how long a visitor will remain in a stage. This way, the AI can always accommodate the changing habits of website visitors and maximize the conversion potential!
