As part of the Pathmonk Intelligence reporting data, bot activity is provided for review.
Pathmonk's analytics identifies and categorizes a wide variety of bots. The types of bots may vary and are not all negative visits but to maintain the integrity of the reporting, every visit identified as a bot is added to the bot count to provide a thorough understanding of the activity of your website.
Pathmonk identifies and counts the bots that visit a site, but identified bots do not impact any results. The pageviews and conversion activity from identified bots are not counted or reflected in data results. The only reporting data impacted will be the bot count. The bot activity will not appear in your monthly buyer journey report results and is excluded from A/B result testing.
