Find account details within your Pathmonk CRM
Pathmonk's CRM is not only the location of your Pathmonk Accelerate and Pathmonk Intelligence resources, but it is also where you can get the details about and make changes to your account.
After logging in to Pathmonk, you will have access to everything from your plan details, billing information, support options, notifications, users on the account, and the opportunity to share your feedback.
To locate the information you are looking for, click the appropriate section.
- Login to crm.pathmonk.com
- Click Settings
- To access your plan details, pageview limit, payment resources, and cancellation options click Billing
- To view, add, or remove users from the account, click User management
- To access the Pathmonk snippet, click Installation
- To start a chat with our support team, click Chat Now
- To access the most popular help articles and open a ticket, click Open a Ticket
- To share feedback or feature requests with the Pathmonk team, click Send Feedback (this can also be done from the "Feedback" button on your Pathmonk menu bar)
- To access the complete Help Center, click Browse Articles
- For legal details and policies, click the appropriate section under Legal
