Edit Frequently Asked Questions

Give visitors answers to commonly asked questions. Anywhere.

The Frequently Asked Questions are a great way to give your visitors more details about your company and services.  On the Contextual Menu, there is an icon for visitors to review your FAQ while they are browsing your site from any page.  



Add a Frequently Asked Question

  1. Sign in to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Accelerate dropdown
  3. Select Customize
  4. Click Details in the Visitors FAQ section
  5. Click the Add FAQ button located on the upper right side of the FAQ page
  6. Complete the question and answer fields *Note: the answer field is a block text field.  Links, bullet points, paragraph separations, and other formatting options will not be saved. 
  7. Click Submit

Edit a Frequently Asked Question

  1. Sign in to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Accelerate dropdown
  3. Select Customize
  4. Click Details in the Visitors FAQ section
  5. Select the FAQ to edit
  6. To revise text: Click on the pencil icon near the text that needs to be updated
  7. To save, click the checkmark button
  8. To revise the CTA: Click the dropdown next to the CTA type
  9. Choose from the options available
  10. For a Redirect: Enter the redirect URL into the URL redirect field
  11. Click the checkmark to save


Remove a Frequently Asked Question

  1. Sign in to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Accelerate dropdown
  3. Select Customize
  4. Click Details in the Visitors FAQ section
  5. Scroll to the FAQ to be deleted
  6. Click the delete icon in the right corner of the FAQ field
