Whitelisting Subdomains

Modified on Mon, 8 Jul at 1:55 PM

Add up to two subdomains to increase the pages where Pathmonk micro-experiences can be displayed.

Using multiple subdomains on a website doesn't mean Pathmonk micro-experiences cannot be visible on all of the pages they need to be visible.

Using the Pathmonk Domains settings, two additional subdomains can be added to an account, increasing the number of pages Pathmonk's micro-experiences can be activated.

What is considered a subdomain?

Subdomains are pages with additional information added to the beginning of a website's domain. Common examples of a subdomain: blog.website.com or login.website.com.  Pathmonk is installed on the main domain of www.website.com but adding any subdomains requires whitelisting.

Adding Subdomain(s) to Pathmonk accounts

  1. Login to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Settings
  3. Select Domains
  4. Click the green plus (+) button
  5. Enter the additional content for the subdomain
  6. Click Save
  7. (Optional) Repeat steps 4-6 to add the second subdomain

If there is a separate need for a domain for a site that does not fit the subdomain criteria, staging sites are common examples, please contact the Pathmonk Support team via chat, open a ticket, or email [email protected] for assistance.
