Using suitable conversion goals for each stage of the Buying Journey is key to achieving an uplift in your conversion rate. The Pathmonk Accelerate conversion goal you select should align with the desired outcome for a given stage of the buying journey and ensure you are obtaining all of the desired details from the client. Details of each goal's suggested use case and the possible data that can be captured are listed for each of the Pathmonk goal types and are provided to help you make the best choice for your needs.

  • Be sure you have links available for redirects and file links for downloads to make the goal-creation process smoother

Adding your Accelerate Tracking Goal:

  1. Login to crm.pathmonk.com
  2. Click the Accelerate dropdown
  3. Choose Accelerate Goals
  4. Click Create for the goal level (start with Decision for your first goal)
  5. Add a Goal Name (the name is only internal for reporting, it will not be seen by visitors to your site)
  6. Choose a Category Type
  7. Select the Goal Type
  8. Add notes as needed
  9. Click Configure Goal
  10. Select an option from Goal to accelerate
  11. Add your Call to action (this will be the text on the button in your micro-experiences)
  12. Click Save Goal
  13. Click the new goal button
  14. Click Tracking Method
  15. Complete the goal-specific steps
  16. Click Save
